SEC Expands Statutory Definitions of Dealer and Government Securities Dealer

Latham and Watkins has posted an excellent summary of the SEC's recently updated Statutory Definitions of Dealer and Government Securities Dealer. It outlines new language and definitions that clarify "dealers" and their requirements and exceptions thereto.
